Your dining area seats a family of four in comfort, and is lit by floor to ceiling French doors. Open them up in summer for a little extra space and a cool breeze; enjoy the changing colours of autumn trees. Original high ceilings provide the grandeur; our designers add décor that’s modern and chic.

Good service, clean and easy transportation to and from city and Heathrow. One large sofabed and an air matress made it a comfortable stay for our family of four.
Great location, clean accommodations. Close to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, shopping and the tube. Quick response from Andy and the team, pleasant check-in, no hassles.
Thanks for making it easy to stay in London
Very well equipped, clean, easy access, quiet street. And all restaurants, shops, supermarkets were all open until late. We were also vert close to two metro stops....
Great location & communication, thank you :)
Stayed at Andy's place twice over a recent trip to London. Overall recommended as a London crash pad.
Pros:Location, location, location. On a relatively quiet street just a block away from a vibrant street filled with wonderful ethnic restaurants of every stripe. AND two tube stations on different lines for easy access to just about everywhere. (I.e., just one stop from Paddington for easy Express train inbounds.)
The flat itself. Very nice place. Great for two and could sleep a couple more in the living room. Main bath is VERY large by London standards and there is a separate powder room. Microwave, kitchen. Balcony for sitting outside (for smokers, for instance.) Nice decor.
Comms: Wifi is fast and works all over apartment. Not a given. Also — and a very nice touch — they lend you a couple of feature phones for your stay. Nice.
An overall very good experience, due in large part to the very professional management group. Am pretty sure you could expect no worries if you book here. Very hotel-like in their approach.
Cosy flat in great neighbourhood. Nice restaurants nearby. Good tube access. Clean…. Close to Hyde Park.
Every London visit should take in genteel Bayswater, one of the city’s most delightful districts for dawdling. Promenade through Hyde Park on a morning constitutional; catch the scent of summer roses or laze on green lawns. You could see the spectacle of the Household Cavalry on horseback, or take a dip in the Lido if the weather’s kind. It’s a park full of locals where everyone’s welcome, with playgrounds for the little ones and a seniors’ outdoor gym.
Make sure you schedule a mooch around a market – Portobello is a step away with its offbeat stalls. If your passion is for all the best of long-established British brands, Oxford Street is a stroll away, and it’s steps to the exclusive boutiques of Westbourne Grove for top designer fashion and serious shopping sprees.
